To attend most of our programs, you’ll need to submit an application and be invited to an interview. With the exception of pre-recorded virtual offerings, our programs are intentionally intimate. This allows us to ensure you’re prepared for the depth of engagement each experience requires.

The Embodied Masculine community is a sacred brotherhood and transformational container dedicated to guiding men toward living with greater presence, purpose, and heart. Rooted in ancient wisdom traditions and modern embodiment practices, we support men in reclaiming their power through deep inner work, relational integrity, and conscious leadership.
This is not just a place to “talk about” personal growth—it’s a space where men practice becoming more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with their deeper truth. Our community holds weekly embodiment circles, immersive retreats, initiatory programs like the Men’s Work Intensive (MWI), and advanced mentorship through the Transpersonal Facilitator Training Program (TFTP).
Here, men learn to meet themselves fully—facing their shadows, integrating their past, and stepping into their sacred responsibility in the world. It is a community built on integrity, brotherhood, accountability, and love.
Whether you’re just beginning your path or walking it for years, the Embodied Masculine community meets you where you are and calls you forward into who you’re becoming.
This community is for men who are ready to go beyond surface-level living. It’s for those who feel the pull to remember who they truly are beneath the conditioning, the achievements, and the pain they’ve carried alone for too long.
It’s for men seeking depth—men willing to do the real work of healing, embodiment, and remembrance. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, craving deeper purpose, or simply tired of walking your path in isolation, this community offers a sacred space to be met, challenged, and supported.
It’s for leaders, fathers, sons, creators, and seekers—men who are ready to show up in their relationships, communities, and inner worlds with greater integrity, presence, and love.
This is not for the faint of heart. It’s for men who are ready to feel, to face themselves, and to forge a new way of being—rooted in truth, held in brotherhood, and aligned with the sacred masculine.
The best way to begin is by joining our weekly Men’s Embodiment Circle. It’s a powerful entry point into this work and our community—a place to experience the practices, connect with other men on the path, and get a felt sense of what we’re about.
These circles are held virtually, making them accessible no matter where you are. Each session weaves together embodiment, breath, somatic awareness, and guided introspection—all within a grounded and supportive container. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up and meet yourself.
From there, if the work resonates, you’ll find a range of deeper opportunities—from our immersive Men’s Work Intensive (MWI) to advanced initiatory journeys and facilitator trainings.
But it starts with one step. One breath. One circle.
Join us. You’ll know if it’s for you.
Our mission is unique because we don’t just teach men how to talk about masculinity—we guide them into embodying it.
At Embodied Masculine™, we weave together ancient wisdom traditions, somatic and transpersonal practices, and initiatory rites to support men in remembering who they truly are. This isn’t performative or surface-level work. It’s soul work. Rooted in direct experience, ritual, and community.
What sets us apart is the depth we go, the integrity we hold, and the sacredness we restore to the masculine path. We’re not here to fix men—we’re here to remember them into wholeness.
This is a path of embodiment, not ideology. Of presence, not performance. Of sacred accountability, not shame.
We honor each man’s journey while holding him to the fire of his potential—fiercely, lovingly, and without bypass.
That’s what makes this mission—and this brotherhood—different.
Yes, absolutely. Many of the men in our community come from around the world.
Our Men’s Embodiment Circles are held virtually, making them fully accessible no matter where you live. We’ve had brothers join us from Europe, Australia, Canada, South America, and beyond.
If the work calls to you, you’re welcome here—regardless of geography. What unites us is not where we’re from, but a shared commitment to living with greater integrity, purpose, and heart.
You don’t have to walk this path alone, even from afar.
That’s perfectly okay—and in fact, it’s often the best place to begin.
You don’t need to have experience with men’s work, embodiment practices, or spiritual traditions to join us. What matters most is your willingness to show up honestly and do the inner work. We create spaces that are both accessible and powerful, honoring wherever you are on your journey.
Come as you are. You’ll be met there.
While our work is deeply spiritual, it is not religious or dogmatic.
We draw from a wide range of sacred traditions—shamanism, somatic psychology, Hermeticism, mythology, Tantric practices, and more—not to preach a belief system, but to help men reconnect with their own inner knowing. This is a path of direct experience, not belief.
You are not asked to adopt any one worldview—only to explore, feel, and remember what is already within you.
Each circle is a live, two-hour virtual gathering rooted in deep practice and authentic connection.
We begin with intention-setting and introductions, then move into guided somatic practices, breathwork, and embodiment work. Each session concludes with an open sharing circle—an opportunity to witness and be witnessed in your process.
It’s not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s an experience of real-time transformation in the company of men doing the work beside you.
All kinds—but they share one thing in common: a longing for something real.
We’ve had entrepreneurs, artists, fathers, veterans, spiritual seekers, and men at life’s crossroads all sit in our circles. Some come carrying grief or anger, others seeking purpose, brotherhood, or clarity. What unites them is a deep desire to live more fully, more truthfully, and more connected.
Yes. Our work is rooted in integrity, respect, and trauma-awareness.
While the work can be intense at times, all practices are offered with care, consent, and choice. Amir Khalighi and our trained facilitators are deeply experienced in holding space for men navigating emotional, somatic, and spiritual thresholds.
You are always empowered to listen to your body and your boundaries. Your safety matters.
Yes, we’re committed to making this work accessible.
Select programs and retreats offer scholarships or discounted rates, particularly for those committed to the path but navigating financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to reach out and inquire. We believe in reciprocity and the power of community support.
If something inside you is stirring—even if it’s uncertain or afraid—that’s your invitation.
This work isn’t for everyone. But if you’re feeling the call to step into your life with more presence, to shed what no longer serves, and to remember the deeper truth of who you are… then yes, this is likely for you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just follow the nudge.
